Frank, the owner of Almost Perfect Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance, responded to our call quickly. We are non-profit agency that provides housing and supportive services to mentally ill men and women who are homeless. We were in need of having soffits and fascia boards replaced around the lower half of the house, but had to have our 
greenery trimmed before having this other work completed. Frank Porter responded quickly and began the work within three days of our first call. His crew carefully removed dead or damaged shrubbery and trimmed tree branches that were impeding access to our garage roof and the fascia boards that encircle the roofline of the first floor of our house. All debris was removed from the property and work was completed in one day. His staff was professional and efficient and worked together as a team. Almost Perfect is a great company to work with due to the respectful nature of all of their staff and their obvious knowledge of the type of work they were doing. The work they completed was exactly as Frank described prior to the work being started. Our agency would highly recommend Almost Perfect for all of your landscaping needs....

Recently moved into a new home with a large and completely overgrown yard. Planned to tackle the work in phases. They were prompt, friendly and completely understanding of our situation. Frank, the owner/operator, has a really great attitude and offered a lot of helpful suggestions. He gave multiple estimates and was willing to work with us to fit our budget. Plus, he always got back to us when he said he would. Which is rare. Unfortunately, we had to put this job on hold because we need to focus on removing some of the dangerous trees in the yard before we can get to the beautification. When we explained the situation, not only was Frank understanding, he even suggested a tree removal company. Very classy.

I am very particular to whom I hire on my property. I have had bad experiences before and wish not to repeat them. I just needed someone to maintain some lawn and yard work and was not sure whom to turn to. On my street alone there are 3 landscape companies, not to mention the other 5 around the block. I did not want to hire a mow and blow company, I wanted someone who knew more than just that. Well I got a professional when I called Almost Perfect. They showed up, did what I asked and we will see what happens. So far good. Only time will tell. The owner Frank Porter was a little talkative but he knew his trade. If you need a company to do more than just cut they are probably the one for you.

Frank and his crew did a great job on our front & back yard this spring. His workers worked hard to get the job done in one day. Frank and his foreman on the job, so to speak, had wonderful ideas for our space. We look foward to working with them again!

Frank has worked on my house for many years. He and the crew have always done an amazing job. He quickly helped me out during some storms and staked out my trees to avoid any damage. Highly recommended. I am not sure about the negative reviews from others but Frank has always done well by me.
