As the winter months approach, Department of Human Services' (DHS) Commissioner Jennifer Velez reminds New Jersey residents of the "Snow Removal Law," requiring business owners and operators of parking lots to remove snow, ice and obstacles from accessible, "handicapped" parking spaces, curb cuts, ramps and other areas designed to provide accessibility for persons with disabilities.

The law, (N.J.S.A. 39:4-207.9) passed in 1999, requires that accessible areas be cleared within 48 hours of the inclement weather or face risk of receiving a fine. The fines range from $200 to $500.

We are available during these months on a 24/7 hourly basis to make sure that your properties are serviced as soon as possible after a snow fall... Our fleet consists of 4 (four) Snow Plowing vehicles. Two (2) vehicles for larger parking lots and 2 (two) vehicles for driveways and entrance areas. Early morning scheduling available for snow and ice removal..(before 7 a.m.)
